It may not be the most comfortable sleep experience, but sleeping on an air mattress is much better when you are not on the floor.The frame sets up easily, and the mattress fits inside the cover to keep it in place.There is a bit of sagging as the frame is not as solid as a floor,but if you can handle this discomfort I would highly recommend purchasing this item.
