Beautyrest Cotton Mattress Pad Review

Beautyrest Cotton Mattress PadI think I paid a lot of money for a thin, cheap looking mattress pad.I paid $20 for my JC Penney mattress pads when they were on sale and they are twice as thick as these Buxnie pads. These Buxnie Beautyrest pads are not going to add any comfort to my mattresses, they are just plain covers. You get what you pay for, if you are lucky.I thought these had some fill and some quilting for the money but now, they are just bare covers.I can't help but be disappointed. They are sized right so at least they got that right. The company did notify me to warn me each pad was shipping seperately so I didn't suspect they forgot one.I have two mattress pads because I have a king sized bed frame with two twin-XL mattresses on it.The mattresses are Beautyrest and I thought a Beautyrest mattress cover would go well with them - well, so I found out, it's not necessarily so.These are cheap looking and feeling covers and I bet they fall apart after being washed a couple times.I have to have 4 mattress covers as I have to wash my mattress covers in hot water (sheets too) to reduce the dust mites, I am allergic to everything. So I have a set ready to go and a set in use.

I think in this case, I should have waited for the next JC Penney's sale.My JC Penney mattress covers have lasted a couple years and still holding up well and still nicely thick.
