We had this pad in queen size for barely a year before it quit working.All of a sudden the controller had an "E" instead of a number and no heat.I only used it to heat up the bed before I got in, never all night and we live in the south so it's not like could have worn out.I contacted the company twice and never heard back from them.No customer service at all-even when you call you have to leave a message and wait for them to get back to you.
