The mattress arrived sooner than I expected, since it came from California and I am in New York; it took only 6 days from shipment to delivery.When we got it inside, we noticed a 2" gash in the plastic packaging, that exposed the zipper on the mattress cover and caused it to get quite dirty and separated it from the cover itself.I notified the seller (who responded instantly, quite a surprise) and after seeing a picture of the damage that I sent them, they agreed to ship me a new cover, which I thought was very nice of them.

We then unpacked it the next morning, set it on our box spring and allowed it to inflate.There was NO odor, as is common with these mattresses (the odor is supposed to go away after a day or so).The mattress took 5 hours to fully inflate to a tad more than the 10" I expected.I was able to sleep in it that night; and what a great night's sleep I had!Sooooo comfortable!

I would recommend a mattress from Dynasty to anyone.Wonderful product, unbelivable value, and great customer service.

Do be aware that someone needs to sign for it when it's delivered.Track your package, and when you see it's "out for delivery" be sure someone is home when it comes.
