I tried the Tempurpedic Grand in several local bed stores and was hesitant to purchase a knockoff.However, I was pleasantly surprised as this bed feels identical to the Tempurpedic for much less money.It arrived within 3 business days of ordering and was fully expanded within a couple of hours.There was very little odor as has been reported by some.I am very happy with the mattress and the company.Their warehouse shipped me a King instead of a California King.They were very apologetic.After discussing my options, I decided to keep the bed and just get a new frame.The company credited back $200 for my trouble.They have a great product and even better customer service.I will definitely purchase from them in the future.
