This was a replacement mattress for our guest room. We bought online because we had company coming and needed to accomplish many things in a few weeks (not feeling we could waste time going to mattress stores).It is exceptionally comfortable. The materials and workmanship are all excellent. The mattress replaces another leading brand name that is an old mattress, but it simply did not hold up well. I've looked carefully at this mattress and I believe it will last for a long time.
Delivery personnel were prompt and courteous; they quickly unpacked it, set it in place, and removed all packaging.
