Soft yet firm (we ordered a firm one) easy to set up, thought it was weird showing up in three boxes but you let the foam out then it expands and you place the pieces on top of each other in marked order and zip up the cover, turn it over and it looks regular but so form fitting when you lay down but without sinking in.
