I took my time putting the product together.Drawers slid poorly from the start and i think they actually got worse the more we yanked on them.Finaly I solved the problem my self by nailimg some 1/4" wood strips to each side of each drawer to prevent the drawers from slipping off the track.This is a design flaw.The drawers don't come with deep enough groves so you'll have to build them up.Cost me about $10 and about 1 hour of work to outfit the whole thing.Now the drawers work great.We also purchased the Pecan Bunk Bed Shutter beds from Linon and WE LOVE them so much.Great product.The night stand and the matching dresser drawings just don't function very well.
Our top came with a crack in it.The company swiftly sent us a new one.SO I'd have to say on whole this is a good product but be prepared to do a little bit of retrofitting.
