Recieved the item broken and defective. The frame for the hatches was split and the rear panel didn't have the holes to attach it. I contacted Linon and after some phone tag got to speak to a real person. Told the gentleman what was broke and defective. He said they would replace the parts and ship them no charge. I had the replacement parts in two days. Great Customer Service. Other companies should follow their example.
