I bought this mattress cover with a new mattress, hoping it would protect as well as it claimed. well, it didn't. within 2 months i have 2 stains on the mattress that went through the protect a bed. I called the company and they sent a new one promptly, however, there's a few things you might want to know about the warranty.1. it wouldn't have been warranted unless i bought the mattress new and the cover at the same time (luckily i did)
2. the won't cover the professional cleaning of your mattress until you send your mattress cover back (they don't cover return postage!) and they determine you old cover was defective
the good part of this mattress cover is that i found it very comfortable and didn't make any wrinkle noises that some other covers do. bottom line, i don't recommend this as it has failed to protect my mattress. my cover wasn't found to be defective, by the way...
