I bought this product after reading the description. It states that "Organic Cotton Full Mattress Pad with Organic Cotton Fiber Fill". Unfortunately half of this description is correct. When I received the product, the label on the bag indicated that the cover is Organic cotton but the fill is "Natural Cotton". "Natural cotton" does not mean Organic and you need to be aware of that a lot of natural products are grown with pesticides and synthetic fertilizers like the conventional vegetables and fruits. "Natural" is a subjective word and can mean different things to different people. But NO one can claim that the "Natural" means "Organic". If you are looking for an Organic product you may skip this. Returned this product to Amazon and urged them to correct the description but apparently no one cared so far...I gave two stars for the organic cover.
