This enhancer is a great product except for the fact that it takes time to adjust to sleeping on it.The foam is quite stiff when you first lay on it.It than begins to form to your body and feels quite nice.However, when you move you have to hold your position the way you want it while the foam rebounds and takes your new position.As for the ventilation, it works very well.You remain at a normal temp all night and not over heating at night with the sweats like non ventilated memory foam mattresses do.
