I never got a chance to try this out.I've owned many mattress heating pads over the years and this is the only one where the sizeable wiring connector on the pad, was on top of the mattress about 5" in from the bottom edge.If you're over 5' tall, your feet/ankles will be lying directly on this boxy connector.This requires the wiring to come up over the bottom of the mattress onto the top of the pad.Several straight/sharp edges that will make sleeping almost impossible.Why the connector wasn't placed on the bottom/verticle skirt of the pad, astounds me.
