This product works as shown.It has dual adjustable zones (my wife likes to cook, I merely like to steep) and a nice "preheat" mode that works quickly (turn it on before you brush your teeth, and the bed is warm by the time you get there).We haven't turned on the heat at all this winter, and we would have if we didn't have this.We have previously owned electric blankets and this is *so* much better.Heat rises, make the most of it!
We've had it about a month so far, and no problems.I was worried whether we should pay a lot more for the more expensive line Amazon offered, but so far I am really happy with how this one turned out.
