These sheets did not fit over the head and foot rails on my cot.I do not think that my cot is large by any means as it is definitely for a single sleeper.They were long enough but my cot has a bar at the head and foot that sticks out about 3 inches on both sides which made the sheets not fit.Other people in the group just used twin sheets on their cot and it worked much better.I would only recommend these sheets if your cot does not the bar at the top and bottom.Click Here to see more reviews about: Cotton/Poly Fitted Cot Sheet
