I bought this for my daughter as she suffers from reflux. And I was a big fan of it until tonight. There is a barrier on each side of the wedge, one which is adjustable. The adjustable one is not tight, and while the velcro remains attached, it actually can slide off of the wedge. Tonight my daughter rolled over this adjustable barrier and off the wedge, swaddled and all, and landed on her face. Luckily she can move her head well and I heard her. When I found her, she had her head turned to the side (breathing fine) and was lying on her stomach. Now logic may say that if she could manage to roll off (she's 4 1/2 months old) she can also turn her head to the side. However, it was enough to make me nervous and choose not to use it anymore. Especially as I had her swaddled, this preventing her from using her arms and legs when she landed on her tummy. I do like the bottom bumper a lot, and I think all wedges for reflux should have this as there is always the risk of the child sliding DOWN the wedge and her head catching between the side barriers.Click Here to see more reviews about: Sassy Perfect Position Sleep System
